2024 Real Property and 2025 Manufactured Home second half tax bills are have been mailed. Please contact the Treasurer's Office at 740 455-7118 if you do not receive a tax bill by early June or you may print a bill by clicking 'tax bill' on your property page on this site.

Please direct all questions regarding value, homestead and/or CAUV to the Muskingum County Auditor's Office at 740 455-7109.

• Remit using the online payment system available through this website or by telephone at (833) 591-0711 using a credit or debit card or e-check. Begin by clicking 'Search' above. Fees apply: 2.5% for credit card transactions, min. $2.00; 1.5% for debit cards, min. $2.00; and $1.50 flat fee for E-Checks up to $10,000, $10.00 thereafter.
• All Muskingum County branches of The Community Bank accepts non-contract current real estate taxes with the original tax bill and identification. The Community Bank is unable to accept manufactured home tax.
• Mail your payment and remit stub from the bottom of your tax bill with the United States Postal Service or other courier.
• Drop your check payment with remit stub from bottom of your tax bill in the 'Tax Payment Drop Box' located inside the main entrance of the Muskingum County Courthouse.
• By cash, check, or money order in-person at the Muskingum County Treasurer's Office located in the Muskingum County Courthouse. We are currently unable to accept credit and debit cards at the windows. An E-Payment
  kiosk is available for public use in the office lobby and accepts credit and debit cards and e-checks, same fees as above apply.

• First half 2024 tax year real estate taxes are due Friday, February 14, 2025.
• First half 2025 tax year manufactured home taxes are due Friday, February 14, 2025.
• Second half 2024 tax year real estate taxes are due Friday, June 13, 2025.
• Second half 2025 tax year manufactured home taxes are due Friday, June 13, 2025.
• Delinquent taxes, real estate and manufacutured homes, are due Friday, September 19, 2025 to avoid publication, added interest and/or foreclosure.
